Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Nexora Trading website. By using the site, you accept them. They are a plain statement of how the site may be used — they are not legal advice, and they do not replace any written agreement between Nexora Trading and a customer, supplier or partner.

Using this website

You may browse and use this website for lawful business and information purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.

Intellectual property

The Nexora Trading name, logo, site design, text, layout and code are owned by Nexora Trading or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Brand names, product names, packaging and product imagery shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear here in the context of Nexora Trading's role as an importer and distributor.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product information

Product descriptions, images and specifications on this website are provided for general information about the brands we distribute. Packaging, presentation and specifications may change, and the information on the product itself always takes precedence over the information shown here. This website is not an online shop: nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell to consumers, and no prices, availability or ordering functions are provided here.

Accuracy of content

We take care to keep the content of this website correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Content may be changed or removed without notice.

External links

Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Enquiries you send us

Information you submit through the contact form should be accurate and should be yours to send. An enquiry does not create a contract or a supply agreement — any business relationship is established separately in writing. How we handle the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora Trading is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
